Joel Ochoa

Joel Ochoa is a retired International Representative with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. He was born in Chiapas Mexico and grew up in Mexico City. Joel has been an organizer for over forty years in Mexico, Chicago, and California. He now resides in Los Angeles.
